Waitara seniors defeated Carrington road at Waitara by 18 runs. A meeting of the North Taranaki Cricket Association was held last night. The protest of the Inglewood Club against the Xew Plymouth Club for playing with Hill was not upheld. It waa decided that the Association should assume control of the wicket on the Recreation Sports Ground for the remainder of the season. A letter was read from the Hawkes' Ray Association, notifying that a representative team -would visit Auckland at Easter, and would endeavor to arrange a match with Taranaki on tue.return trip.
