The Sultan Abdul Aziz holds the whole of the ports except Saffi. FRANCE'S POSITION. Paris, January 22The Premier, 11. Ctcmenceau, declares that General Damade, commander of the French in Morocco, in no case employed Abdul Aziz's services, but it was impossible to forget that he was the only Sultan recognised by the Powers.
