KIOTERS ARRESTED. London, January 23. Twenty persons were arrested at Seevagh, Roscommon, on charges ol participating in a riot, unlawful assembly, and preventing the postal delivery of processes for rent. A cable received last week stated: —•'The peasantry of Seevagh mountains in Sligo prevented the postman from delivering registered letters containing processes to the tenants of two estates who refused to pay rents. A force of 20 police officers' escorted the postman, but withdrew owing to the threatening attitude of the peasants."..
