ALLEGED INCENDIARISM. New York, January 28. According to the New York World the fire at Parker's Buildings last week was the work of an Armenian named Huretakis, a revolutionary. The World says that after a fruitless effort to blackmail Armenian merchants, who were tenants on the fourth floor of the building, the revolutionary decided to burn down the whole structure.
