GERMAN NAVY LEAGUE.
STORMY MEETING. SECESSION MOVEMENT. Received 21st, 12.13 a.m. Berlin, January 20. A stormy extraordinary general meeting of the German Navy League at Cassel ended in the secession of Bavarian and South German delegates, after the North German meinliers had adopted a resolution expressing unbounded confidence in the executive committee, including General Keini. It is expected that Prince Rupert, of Bavaria, will be president of the new South German Navy League.
