ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
Per Press Association. Christehureh, Last Night. A verdict of death from heart disease was returned at thta morning's inquest on Charles Lacrosse, who died on the , Spririgfield-Christehureh train on Tuesday morning while on his way to the Christehureh Hospital. He had complained of rievere internal pains all over the body. Remedies were applied at Springfield, hut these did not relieve him. A married woman named Emma Partridge, aged 52 years, wife of George ! Partridge, farmer, of Victoria-street, St. I Martin's, died suddenly yesterday afternoon, after complaining of pains in the head.
