THE MINERS'STRIKE.
VERDICT OF THE COURT. AGAINST THE MEN. Received Bth, 9.38 p.m. Sydney, January 8.. The Special Court found, that the men at the Teralba mines had by leaving work broken the agreement under which the Special Court was constituted, and thereby justified the proprietors in withdriving from the court if they so desired. 'II Mr Bawling, the miners' representative on the court, considered the men might have committed a technical breach, but morally they were right. The proprietors' representative announced that the proprietors desired to abide by the agreement. If the Teralba men would return to work they would let the matter come before the court, and the proprietors would nob withdraw from the court. On the application of the miner*' advocate, the court, adjourned till tomorrow to allow the Miners' Federation, an opportunity t« advise the striker* to resume work The Miners' Comtnitte of Management subsequently net and advised resumption.
