EX-MILLIONAIRE MURDERS HIS DAUGHTER, New York, November 17. Two terrible domestic tragedies are reported to-day. Major Frank McLaughlin, a wellknown politician of Sauta Cruz, California, who played a prominent part in both State anil national politics, was suddenly seized with frenzy, and, attacking his daughter, he killed her before she could summon assistance, and then committed suicide. Major McLaughlin was once a millionaire, but recently lie was in reduced circumstances.
