THE LONDON TIMES.
FORMED INTO A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. Received Jan. 7, 10.10 p.m. London, January 7. The Times publishes a statement trt the effect that negotiations are progressing for the formation of the Times into a limited liability company under the chairmanship of Mr. A. F. Walter,one of the chief owners, and Mr. C. Arthur Pearson, who controls a large number of publications, as managing director, who will reorganise the business management. The editorial character of the paper remains unchanged. The paper will be conducted on lines independent of party politics.
