Lyttelton defends, Harry Thaw in the riiw trial. ' . Three hundred talesmen have been summoned. It is expected that the selection of • jury will be extremely difficult. Justice Dowling intends to make the trial a lqpdel of brevity. He Is willing to hold n'ght sittings.
