DIFFERENCES SETTLED
CENTRAL AMERICAN PEACH CONFERENCE. Received 23rd, 9-56 p.m. New York, December 23. The Peace Conference representing flvo Central American Republics, after a ono month's sitting at Washington, reconciled all the conflicting interests. The conference arranged for the neutralisation of Honduras, and established a high court to which all five must submit disputes.
