FEDERAL CAPITAL SITE.
Sydney, December 20. The session of the State Parliament _ has closed.; Both Houses passed the Liquor Act Amendment Bill. The Premier, Mr. Wade, tabled correspondence between the Federal and State Governments regarding the capital site. " In the course yf the correspondence Mr. Wade attacks Mr. Deakin for deliberate evasion of the matter. He declares that it is evidently useless, to carry on the correspondence any further. The State must at „the proper time take all necessary steps to assert its rights. It iS not a matter of concession.
