CALDWELL TO BE TRIED FOB PERJURY. ■"■ London, December 15: The evidence for the prosecution Iri the Druce perjury case is closed. The Central News Agency states that a warrant has been issued" for the arrest of Robert Caldwell, the New York solicitor, and one of the principal witnesses for plaintiff, on charges of conspiracy and perjury. It was found that he bad started for America last Thursday without the knowledge of the police, despite the fact that his London residence was being watched.
