SUPREME COURT.
Per Press Association. Nelson, Thursday. At the Supreme Court, William Brott was sentenced to three years' imprisonment for an indecent assault on a child at We.slport. Norah Flanagan and Nelson Hodges are being tried on a charge ol defrauding the Bank of .New Zealand at W'eetpori by selling base gold. It is alleged that the process was that of putting eoppy and brass in the centre of pellets of retorted gold.
Kelson, Last Night. At the Supreme Court, Norah Margaret Flanigan was found not guilty of obtaining money under false pretences from the Bilnk of New Zealand at Westport. Norman Campbell Hodges, charged on a similar indictment, was found guilty and sentence deferred, in the Divorce Court, Ritchie v. Ritchie, husband's petition for dissolution of marriage on the ground that respondent failed to obey an order for the restitution of conjugal rights, a decree nisi was granted.
