IRISH MEMBER'S DEMAND. Received December 0, 11.42 p.m. London, December 9. Doctor Ambrose, members of the House of Commons for.Mayo West, informed Sir Wilfrdi Laurier that unless Black Sod Bay is selected as the Irish harbour for the All-Red Route the scheme will not be allowed to pass the House of Commons. Sir Wilfrid Laurier replied that political and sentimental reasons had noth-' ing to do with the question, which was purely economic.
