FAILURE OF ANOTHER BANK. !A) BIG SHKfNKAGE. £ . Received December 6, 10.33 p.m. New York, December 6. The National Bank of Commerce in Kansas City, Missouri, has failed. The liabilities are £4,808,000. The Government officials hope that the bank will be able to meet all its obligations. It held £200,000 of clearinghouse certificates. Is deposits in one month decreased from 1 l / 2 million sterling to I%' million.
