ZULU RISING.
OPERATIONS AGAINST DIXIZULC. . Natal, December 3. Ten trains full of troops have gone to Ginginhlovolo. Nearly two thousand men are participating in the operations in Zululand. DINIZULU CALLING IN HIS WARRIORS. ' NATAL TRIBES READY TO JOIN HIM. Received Dec. 4, 10.8 p.m. Natal, December 4. Dinizulu is sending emissaries throughout Zululand, Natal, Swaziland. BaSutoland, and Pondoland, and as a result Zulus are reported to be mobilising in small numbers, and two of the most powerful Natal tribes, totaling nine thousand fighters, are restless and prepared to eo-operate with the zulus should the Utter rebel. THIRTY THOUSAND ZULU WARRIORS. AUTHORITIES PREPARED FOR EVENTUALITIES. ALL AVAIXABLE FORCES READY.

Renter states that the Zulus' fighting strength is estimated at thirty thou sand. They possess many rifles and considerable ammunition, but the number and quantity and also Dinizulu's intentions are unknown. It is understood Colenso (sic) is urging Dinizulu to surrender and stand his trial The authorities are preparing for all emergencies. Fifteen hundred troops are ready for Zululand, and the militia is being recruited up to full strength—three thousand five hundred. The impending mobilisation of all reserves will give a total defence force of ten thousand. Dr. Jameson is to place a force on the Griqualand border, and the Transvaal and Imperial Governments are ready to tirist in case of necessity.
