EXCELLENT PROSPECTS. ; Received Dec. 4, 9.57 p.m. London, December 4, The Hon.* W. P. Beeves, High Commissioner for New Zealand, thinks then is an excellent prospect of the "All Bed" route committee recommending a scheme for an Atlantic and Pacific service af* fording the desired speed, and not involving a prohibitive subsidy. He considers it unlikely that the Brtisb. Go. yernment will subsidise the Atlantic section only, since that would not afford the Imperial advantages desired.
