Melbourne, December 4. The House of Representatives carried heavy reductions in the duties on glassjrare. The Government was three timet defeated. Received Dec. '5, 0.45 a.m. Melbourne, Last Night. Ike House of Representatives placed ■heep dips,* disinfectant, and insecticide on the free list, despite the opposition of the Government.
