An elderly man named John Diggins met with a very painful accident on the 1 Skinncr-roacl, Stratford, yesterday morning. He was driving down an incline when his horse stumbled on a stone, throwing him heavily to the ground, inllieting a severe scalp wound. He also received a number of bad cuts about the face, and was considerably bruised. The injuries of the unfortunate man I were medically attended to.
