HEAVY SENTENCES.

Received Dee. 2, 9.5U p.m. London, December 2. Preston, alias Redgrave, ageut, and Coleman, agent, were sentenced to ten years' servitude at the Old Bailey for conspiracy and forging and uttering with intent to defraud the London City and Midland Bank of £512. In the same connection, Campbell, an electrician, was sentenced to seven years, and McQueen, a tailor, to five years. Childu, a photographer, who turned King's evidence, received nine months.
