Received Dec. 2, 10.52 p.m. St. Petersburg, December 2. M. Roditcheff privately explained to M. Stoiypin, that the remark was not intended to be personal. He hoped the House would believe his sincerest regrets. J!. Stoiypin replied: "I forgive you." At Homsakoff's instance, M. Roditcheff was excluded for a fortnight, only !)6 of the Left opposing. THE PREMIER CHEERED. ' Received Dec. 2, 11.18 p.m. St. Petersburg, December 2. The whole House, including a majority of the Cadets, cheered M. Stoiypin during the sitting. The Extreme' Right promised to -support the new regime and respect the Douma.
