Per Press Association. Auckland, Monday, ilr. Justice IX'imiston granted decrees nisi in the cases ol' Stanley Henry White v. Caroline White, for desertion, and Mary Burns v. Thomas Burns, for adultery.
j Charles Siniich petitioned for a dissolution of hir* marriage with Clara Siniich on the ground* of her misconduct with Jaiues Mack, who was cited as co respondent. Evidence was given and a degree nisi granted, to be made absolute in three months, with costs against -(.lie co-respondent on the lowest scale, John "Wheeler, an engine-drivor 3 of Te Kojiuru, petitioned for a dissolution of hi.i marriage with Afaria Wheeler on the ground* of her misconduct with John Milium, who was cited as coI respondent. Petitioner said lie was marvied i'ii April Ist., 1805, and resided will) his wife at Te Kopuru. There wore fivt f children of the marriage. In 18W lie accused his wife of adultery.
