ARBITRATION COURT.
THE NEW MEMBERS. Per Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. In accordance witii the rccommendaliun of u majority of the unions, Cabinet has appointed Mr. J. A. Mcl'ullough, kite of the Addiiiglon Railway Workshops, the workers' representative on the Arbitration. Court. The appointment is to date from Ist January next, in order to enable Mr. K. Slater, who at present represents the labor unions, to assist in completing the eases upon which he is already engaged. Mr. AV. T. Young, of Wellington, secretary of the Federated Seamen's Union of Australasia, secured a majority of the nominations of the unions as deputy representative of the workers, and Cabinet has appointed him to that position. Mr. S. Brown, of AVellington, was the only one nominated as the employers' representative, and he has been 'reappointed. Mr. AV. Pryor, Parliamentary secretary of the New Zealand Em-' plovers' Federation, has been appointed deputy employers' representative. The salary of the employers' representative and of the workers' representative is £SOO each per annum, with £1 per diem travelling expenses.
