THOUSANDS OF NATIVES EXCITED. Received 28th, 11.55 p.m. London, November 28. Twenty thousand excited natives at Mctlagoa protested against the Government expropriating private dwellings lor the purpose of erecting official buildings, and have appealed to Lord Elgin.
