LABOR MANIFESTO. Received 29th, 1.8 a.m. Brisbane, November 28. The manifesto of the Labor Party opens with a declaration, that in coosequence of the forced dissolution and unjustifiable exercise of the Royal prerogative, the country has teen plunged into the turmoil of a general election, and appeals to the electors at the general election to resent the unwarrantable intrusion upon the rights enjoy* it by the British people for centuries. The manifesto asks that the Party's hands be strengthened* to resent this encroachment of the Crown upon the privileges of the colonies, and to put an end to the obstructive Upper Chamber, which is the last refuge of conservatism.
