THE GERMAN OPERA COMPANY.' Received Nov. 27, 11.55 p.m. Sydney, November 27. The troubles connected with the German Opera Company culminated in the issue of writs against George Musgrove by Hans Mohwinkel and Karl Foller, claiming steamer fares from Melbourne to Genoa. Foller also claims arrears of salary. A third writ by Fritz Rupp claims for alleged breach of contract and arrears of salary.
