MASTER PRINTERS' FEDERATION.

Per Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. A conference of representatives of the dillcreut Alasler Printers' Associations oi New Zealand was held to-day, when it was decided to form a Federation of the Associations. The following executive was elected:—President, Air. Selig (manager Christchurch Press Company); vice-president, °JIr. W. G. Souiorville (Duncdin); council—Messrs. G. 11. Whitcombe (Christchurch), L. D. Banks (Wellington), Wilson (Auckland), I<\ Pirani (e'eilding), and W. Stone (Dunedin). A motion was carried alliniiing the desirability of fixing a standard basis for the cost of composing and letterpress machining, and each aililiated association was requested to lay the matter before its members and toforward the result to the Federation.
