DISCUS IK-NT WITH THE DICTATORSHIP. Received Nov. 25, 11.30 p.m. Lisbon, November 25. Seven hundred Portuguese ullicers tried to organise a demonstration in Lisbon in the King's favor, but so many oiiicers were prepared to assist a counter demonstration that the police prohibited both. The Premier denies that the Crown Prince had been banished to Villaviciosa. The Premier's attempt to govern without a Cortes is creating a highly critical situation.
