Received 25th, 9.10 p.m. Sydney. November 25. New South Wales are all out in the second innings for Of,, the Englishmen thus winning by 408 runs. Trumper opened with a fonrer. following it with a brace, and then tipped one of Fielder's fast ones into Braund's hands in the slips, thus ending his career. Xew South Wales had consoled itself that the deplorable display in the first innings was one of those things that occasionally happens to the best of teams, but the opening of the second innings dispelled all doubts on the point. The English team, with a batsmen's reputation, is now a bowlers'. Their two innings oa a splendid wicket did not show them up brilliantly as batsmen, but the bowling talent came out exceptionally strong. Fielder's off theory was rapidly fatal to the home team. Old veterans like Trumper'and Noble could not leave the "off" stuff alone, and speedily fell victims. Diamond, Waddy, and Hopkins followed suit, Fielder's average at the time standing at 4 for 10.
