MB PHIUP CATSES A SENSATION. Received 20th, 0.5 a.m. Brisbane, November 20. Mr Philp announced that the Governor had granted a dissolution of Parliament. Received 21st, 1.10 a.m. Brisbane, November 20. Mr Philp, after announcing the dissolution had been granted, moved necessary resalutioM for supply. He then moved the adjournment tiU to-morrow. Mr Kidston called tor a division on the motion for adjournment. The latter was defeated by 37 to 25, whereupon Mr Kidston moved the adjournment fill Friday. The late Premier made an attack on the Government, and said Mr Philip,'in advising the Governor to grant a dissolution, assumed a grave responsibility. When tic people knew what had been done they would nay him out with interest. Mr Philip interjected that he was prepared to take the chances. Br Kidston said that the chances were email. Hr"Phillp created a sensation by declaring that they wanted the people's money to carry on whether the people desired it or not Mr Kidston hoped wiser counsels would prevail. If the hattle had to be fought, he would fight it, because upon it depended the self-governing liberties of the country. The motion Tor adjournment until Friday was carried.
