LETTER POSTAGE TO PLACES BEYOND NEW ZEALAND. On and after October Ist, 1907, the rates of postage on letters and lettercards addressed to places beyond New Zealand will be as follows: The United Kingdom, British possessions and countries at present named in list on page 3 of the jwstal guide, 1J lor each ounce or fraction thereof; all other places 2%d lor the first ounce «nd l'/jd for each succeeding ounce or fraction thereof.
