On and after October Ist, 1907, the rates of postage on letters and lettercards addressed to places beyond New Zealand will be as follows: The United Kingdom, British possessions and countries at present named in list on page 3 of the jwstal guide, 1J lor each ounce or fraction thereof; all other places 2%d lor the first ounce «nd l'/jd for each succeeding ounce or fraction thereof.
