SEDDON MEMORIAL.

Per Press Association. Wellington, Monday. The. Cieneral Committee of the Scddon National Memorial Fund met to-day. The interim report showed that the amount in hand was £7(ia. Several subscriptions have yet to come in. In addition there is £4OO collected by railway servants throughout the Dominion, which it is expected will shortly be handed over to the committee. The committee regretted that the sum subscribed throughout the Dominion was so small, though this was partly due to the fact that local memorials had been established. A subcommittee was appointed to close accounts.
