ARBITRATION COURT.

Per Press Association. Wellington; Last Night. At the Arbitration Court to-day, Mr. Grenfell applied on behalf of the Gear Company that the company be exempted from the provisions of the 'General Laborers' award, on the ground that it did not come under its provisions. Mr. Justice Sini advised Mr. Grenfell to apply for ail interpretation. No doubt tlie union would join in the application, when the case could be stated for the Court. The hearing of the cooks and waiters' dispute was concluded, Mr. Carey addressing tTie Court for the union and 3lr. Pryor for the employers. The Court will deliver its award after consideration.
