Captain AJcßeth, of the Warrimoo, Which arriyijl from Sydney to-day, Stated that some steerage passengers at tacked the fruit cargo on the passage from Sydney, and the decks were strewn With fruit skins. Yesterday two were ,taught in the ait of abstracting oranges 'from ft case. One man sbave.l himself J and oonld not be identified to-day. Tb.I second man, whose name is William / Stephens, came before the Court. Tb' ; mid he only took one orange. The / magistrate said he could not take in!consideration the allegations of the captain. He could only deal with the specific charge. Stephens was fined ss, with the alternative of twenty-four hoars' Imprisonment,
