TRIAL OF EX-MINISTER OF THE CROWN. OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE OF FRAUD. Received Nov. 13, 9.5S p.m. Rome, November 13. Marquis Capclli, president of the Parliamentary committee appointed to inquire into charges against Signor Nunzio Nasi, testiticd that he found overwhelming evidence of guilt. Frauds had been conducted with most astonishing impudence. One Deputy assured him that Signor Nasi's department had become, the headquarters of tho Cimmora and Mafia societies. The Senate is trying Signor Nunzio Nasi, ex-Minister of Public Instruction, on a charge of malversation of public funds. Nasi admits charging to "travelling expenses" a large pirt of secret expenditure for political purposes.
