Excellent arrangements bad been made, and as the weather cleared beautifully, the picnic was much enjoyed. A meeting of the executive of the Taranaki League was held. Very favorable reports of the work were received, and it was decided to makfe another forward movement. The services of Mr. Bruntnell (New South Wales), who visited New Plymouth in the No-License interest a few'years ago, are to be secured. Meantime. Mr. Herman Foston will continue his work as organiser.
