Wellington, Last Night The proposal to entertain Sir James Mills, general manager of the Union Company, at a luncheon in Wellington has been enthusiastically taken up. Several of the leading citizens of Wellington and other parts of the Dominion are on the committee. A meeting of the executive committee was held today in the rooms of the marine engineers. The Hon. C. M. Luke, M.L.0., was in the chair. The date of tho luncheon was fixed for Thursday, 28th inst., at 1 p.m., in the Town Hall. The Premier is expected' to preside.
