ARBITRATION COURT.
BREACH OF PRIVILEGE. Per Press Association. Wellington, Monday, fhe Arbitration Court to-day dealt with a breach of privilege in publishing a newspaper article upon a dispute which was before the Conciliation Board,- Th 9 article in question appeared in the Tal« hape Post, and related to a dispute between the Wellington Timber Yards and Sawmill Industrial Cnion and James Adamson and others (the employers). A fine of £1 5s with costs ( £2 2s) was imposed.
