FIRES.

Per Press Association. Gore, Last Night. A fire broke out to-day whereby Wavte's dairy factory at Otamita was destroyed. A nor'-west gale was raging, and nothing was saved. About £SO north of cheese (uninsured) was also destroyed. The factory was insured in the State office for 170. It is thought that a spark from the boiler fire was blown amongst the firewood and caused the fire.
