WARNING TO COMPANIES.
Per Press Association,
Christehurcli, Last Night For halving failed to file declarations under the Companies Act, 1893, the KalKoura Refrigerating and Fishing ComP an ,y> was fined 20s and costs. Mr. btringer, K.C., stated it was the first case of its kind to his knowledge, and the Act provided for a penalty of £SO a day during the time the registration was unfiled.
