Per Press Association. Duneclin, Last Night. Captain Neville, of the Maheno, was charged with employing in the stokehold a man engagedas a deck hand. The defence showed that" the case was one of emergency, a number of trimmers being ill, and the ship contending with a strong wind. Thero was no further available labor in the stokehold, and he therefore had to fall b'ack upon the deck hands. The case was, dismissed.
