ADULTERATION OF MILK.
| Per Press Association. Wellington, Tuesday. In the Magistrate's Court Dr. McArtliur delivered his reserved judgment today in the ease against Henry Bodley, charged in respect of adulterated milk. A flue of £3 with costs was inflicted. On the application of defendant's counsel the Magistrate fixed security for appeal. It was held by Dr. McArthur that there had been mixed with the milk sold formalin to tile extent of about three grains per gallon, and that this had injuriously affected the milk.
