Mr Birroll refused the Irish demand for a special inquiry into the late outrage at Lord Ashtown's Glcnarvory Lodge, but said an enquiry under the Explosive Substances Act might possibly be useful later.
Morocco, October 15. The Pretender, Jfulai Hatid, is sending a strong expedition to compel the Ua-n (Holy Men) of Magador to proclaim him Sultan, lite Governor of Matador, who remains faithful to the Sultan, Abdul Aziz, intends to resist the demand.
