The report congratu-: ites the shareholders on the highly' atisfactory result of the year's operaions. The total amount of milk re-!vifift-ir W f,. 5^25,4121b, containing 09,66016 of butter-fat, from which was aanufactured 233,5691b of butter (104 ons oewt Iqr lib), the overrun being _\f P cr cent - The average test was .79, and the quantity of milk required o make lib of butter was 23.651b. The ; urn of £B7IO 5s 8d has been distributed mongst the shareholders, being at an iverage price of 9.97 d per lb of butterat, which forms a record in the history f the company. After writing off the nm of £212 14s 6d for depreciation here remains the sum of .£277 19 s 9<j a carry forward. The directors have ecided to pay an additional bonus of id per lb on butter-fat supplied last eason, which will amount to £203, and >e the balance, £74 Itls od, for plant enewals"ror next reason and in reducion of the bank overdraft. The pi'osects for next season are good, and the i rectors have again sold the output at . satisfactory price.
