AUSTRALIAN "BURGUNDY."
ALLEGED MISREPRESENTATION. Received Oct. 13, 4.37 p.m. London, October 12. The Wine and Spirit Association is prosecuting a Kensington tradesman for '• selling as Burgundy a bottle of "Key of Keystone" Burgundy, which is Australian and not the product of the French Burguniy district. The labels contained no reference to Australia. The proprietors of the Keystone brand said they proposed, before the prosecution. started, to have a certificate from the. South Australian Government " analyst printed on the labels, The case was adjourned.
