AFPAIES TAKE A SENSATIONAL TURN. .. Received Oct. 13, 4.37 p.m. London, October 12. » The claimant, George Druce, obtained a summons against' Herbert Druce for perjury in swearing that lie saw Thomsß Chnrles Druce, his father, dead in his coilin in December, 1§64. Counsel said a number of witnesses had proved that they saw Druce alive many years later. The summons is returnable in a fort' night.
