Seen by a reporter to-day regarding the remarks made by-Mr Justice Donnistou at New Plymouth on the farcical nature of tho proceedings necessary to obtain a divorce under a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights, the Anglican liishop of A.uc!'l'"«l (!>.' Neligan) sni: "I don't believe in divorce at all. and my views have 1 eon frequently and strongly expressed oil the subject. I agree with every word the Judge sa'J, and am plowed' that he lias spoken ;n the way he has. It is scandalous."
