Justice Williams for sentence tins morning for having made a false declaration that he was a bachelor whsn applying for a marriage certificate. Accuscd whs fined £lO. llcnry Francis Smith, an old offender, on two charges of breaking and theft, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment, and was also declared an habitual criminal.
