A SHIPPING DISASTER.
San Francisco, Sept. 25. The American ship .John Currier was wrecked, at Bristol Bay-in Alaska. A revenue cutter went to the scene and rescued those who had reached the shore —242 all told. They were conveyed to Seattle.
